We offer a FREE fun and fast-paced 24 week Culinary Program here at Mission Language And Vocational School. At the end of our program, we send out students on an externship to work restaurant for a month.

In our Culinary Program you will do the following:

  • Travel the world in our kitchen exploring diverse cultural menus & recipes.

  • Participate in MLVS’ version of “chopped”

  • Participate in community events such as pop-ups, Carnaval San Francisco, music festivals, MLVS’ gala and much more.

  • Once a complete assessment has been made of your acquired skills, you will be referred to internships or job opportunities with local caterers, pop-ups, and small restaurants.

Class Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday (with some weekends); 9am-1pm
